ARTECH is Hiring a Project Manager - Intermediate Near Universal, CA
- Project Management/Coordination of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program, potentially including system configuration, integration, and optimization, as well as documentation of training records, incidents, inspections, and requests.
- Perform high-volume data entry.
- Manage project scope, milestones, and all deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, align technical solutions with strategic goals, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional engagement to foster collaboration and drive project progress.
- B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager w/BA Lineage
- Demonstrated success in the management of technical development projects using agile methodologies.
- PMP (desirable)
- Media/Entertainment and/or Marketing Industry experience (desirable)
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in tools necessary to perform this role: MS Project, PPT, Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills... Listening, writing, presenting, and facilitating across functions and levels, both internal and external to NBCU
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, develop consensus, and drive team decisions
- Self-motivation; pro-actively identifies opportunities for improvement
- Highly responsive in times of system/process failure; addresses issues timely and brings them to appropriate resolution/closure
- Can-do attitude; thorough and detail-oriented
