Job Title: UX Designer (Remote)
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of UX Design Experience: Demonstrated experience designing digital products, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or fin-tech industries. Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Figma Mastery: Proficiency in Figma is a must. Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for testing and user feedback.
- User Research and Data Analysis Skills: Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.
Location: Remote
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $90,000 $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
