Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project changes and ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects specifically healthcare projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
