The Process Engineer will workpartner with program/project leaders and stakeholders to identify and execute on business opportunities presented by Service DigitizationNext Gen Enterprise Transformation, business partners and/or Executive Leadership. These programs or projects support business strategic goals and are centered on the client and employee experience, process optimization, risk mitigation, revenue growth and cost reduction where applicablebottom line results. This individual will evaluate and analyze people, process and technology functions of the program/project to recommend and design an optimal solution or strategic future state with a focus on optimization.. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Applies process development, process engineering, and experiences to develop creative solutions to problems with a long term strategic and client and employee focus. Supports programs and lead projects with focus on core business processes to deliver results aligned to strategic objectives – improved client and/or employee experience, value attainment – expense and revenue. Engages with key stakeholders to evaluate and implement new technologies and processes that drive efficiency and consistency. Creates and maintains all documents used to evaluate existing processes and design of recommendations. Utilizes tools to evaluate and identify process capability and opportunity through a variety of methods such as process mapping or mining; and communicates the capability to key stakeholders to develop operating and process/formulation specifications. Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver: mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability. Collaborates within Service DigitizationNext Gen Enterprise Transformation and other across projectcross-functional teams to create an atmosphere of openness and inclusiveness to deliver expected results and value. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 plus years as a Business or Systems Analysts and/or Process Engineer Bachelor's Degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, and lead in a positive and collaborative manner Strong presentation and facilitation skills Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems Analytical thinker Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS Process Management – process mining, design and/or data analysis Agile or Lean Six Sigma approaches, frameworks, delivery experience Experience with working in Information Technology Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Operational Excellence is a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $92,000 to $150,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
