ZSmart Furniture is a locally owned family business with six locations. We are a retail home furnishings store that specializes in lease purchase solutions. ZSmart is searching for highly motivated, highly dependable team members to help grow our company. In addition to our current locations, we have plans to rapidly expand into several new markets throughout the region. We use a team approach in assisting our customer's. All members of a team assist each other, and work together to complete daily and weekly tasks.

ZSmart Customer Service Specialists are responsible for customer service in the store. The Customer Specialist is responsible for greeting customers promptly/effectively, helping to maintain the showroom, learning product and sales floor experience, and utilizing ZSmart Sales, Service, and Ownership assistance programs in order to benefit all customers.

The Work

  • Assistance with customers who need assistance with their Lease agreement(s).
  • Sell customers with other team members
  • Great, and assist customers with their ZSmart experience
  • Assist with Order Form verifications
  • Become familiar with top features and benefits included with ZSmart Furniture merchandise
  • Assist in the upkeep of the showroom, offices, backroom, and other store areas
  • Follow up with leads on a regular basis
  • Assist with marketing campaigns throughout the Elkhart area

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
  • High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Uphold the ZSmart Brand and protect company assets
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Proficient computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
