In this role you’ll make an impact by
- Operating a bridge crane, yard vehicle, and preparing raw materials for use in process equipment
- Taking production samples and analyzing those samples in the production laboratory as well as acting based on the obtained results.
- Maintaining plant cleanliness in accordance with good manufacturing practices
- High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory) with demonstrated Math/Arithmetic skills (preferred)
- Relevant production experience (preferred)
- Ability to operate computerized control equipment, completing all reports and documentation.
- Effective written and oral communication skills (necessary)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, move/pull hoses weighing up to 20 pounds, climb stairs frequently, work at elevated heights and in confined spaces, bend, and turn valves using tools such as wrenches, etc.
- Ability to move various materials and tankers using a motorized forklift vehicle and yard jockey.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
