Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for a mechanized logging operation.

- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to: loader slasher, skidder, feller buncher.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks according to project specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations on the job site.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to identify tree species
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
