Your tasks:
• Sparring partner for developing, tracking and implementing organic growth initiatives
• Close collaboration with the C-level, the board and investors
• Independent management of initiatives
• Data analysis and key figure management
• Identifying trends and patterns in the data to identify upsides.
• Development and implementation of project management standards and processes
Your profile:
• University degree in business, healthcare management, medicine or a related field (Master's or MBA degree is an advantage)
• Previous experience in strategy consulting or management consulting (2-5 years)
• Optional: Knowledge of startup or private equity environments
• Optional: Experience in the healthcare sector
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
• Willingness to learn new things and take the next step together with the company
• Fluency in German and English - spoken and written
