The Clinical Trials Assistant for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assisting the clinical research teams in ensuring the most effective and efficient conduct of clinical research studies by providing administrative assistance, sample management and project tracking related to planning and execution of In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) clinical trials. This position is part of the Clinical Affairs department located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role. You will be a part of the Biomarker team and report to the Supervisor, Clinical Affairs responsible for In-Vitro Diagnostic (Immunoassay) Clinical Research. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support clinical operations project delivery; communicating across department and with clients and vendors. Assist in Sample Acquisition and sourcing utilizing third party providers as well as receive and Biobank these samples. Regulatory management of Investigator Site File, document organization, and platform data entry and quality assurance. Manage the distribution and tracking of clinical trial supplies, including investigational products, study materials, and laboratory specimens. Operations document drafting, editing and finalization. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, preferably in a life science, pharmacy, nursing, or business-related field. 0-2 years of experience in Clinical Research or a combination of Clinical Research and Clinical laboratory experience. Commercial Supply Chain or Biobank experience may also be considered. Knowledge of medical terminology Desire to gain skills and Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Device Regulations Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and independently with minimal supervision.
