We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at a TRUE Assisted Living! We have no hoyer or sit to stand lifts. All of our residents are a one-person assist. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in a home-like setting. ```Duties:```
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment

```Experience:```
- Previous experience of at least one year in a health care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
