PLANET HONDA is Hiring a Cashier receptionist Near Union, NJ
Busy highway dealership is seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service that will greet customers and answer calls.
The individual should be responsible, upbeat, dress professionally, and able to multi-task.
Previous Dealership experience not required.
Job Duties include but are not limited to :
- Cheerfully greet and assist walk-in customers / visitors
- Answer phones / screen and transfer calls / take messages via a multi-line switchboard
- Receipt credit cards / checks / approve checks online
- Provide customers with updated information regarding their vehicle
- Handle customer requests / troubleshoot problems
Job Qualifications / Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal , and multi-tasking skills;
- Timely and regular verification of work for accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.
- Excellent calculation skills for cashier accuracy
