Ability to read and comprehend cleaning instructions
Ability to understand cleaning products and use them appropriately
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
Ability to be in the presence of pets (hair, etc.), dust, mildew, mold, cleaning products
One year cleaning experience (preferred)

We are Kitsap County! Our aim is to provide high quality residential cleaning services with professionalism across the county.
About you
Responsible, honest, punctual, takes initiative. You must have your own vehicle for transportation to and from the work site. You will need to be fluent in English.
Additional details
We will provide paid training with the opportunity to move up the pay scale after six months with us. This position also provides opportunities to grow your role within the company.
We are looking for honest and hard-working cleaners who are conscientious and want to perfect their craft and make some money in the process.
We require a background check.
Responsibilities
- Professionally clean residences with attention to detail
- Learn the Kitsap Home Detailing way through team training
- Clean according to assignment
- Follow all Kitsap Home Detailing procedures and protocols
- Provide quality assurance checks on your work
- Pick up specialty cleaning equipment when necessary for custom jobs
- Customer confidentiality is required. Keep any customer personal and property information private. This includes door codes, work completed, contents of the home, customer health, customer habits, conversations, etc.
- Communicate in a professional manner with customers while on site
- If the customer is absent, leave an informational note for the customer about any issues that may have arisen during the cleaning
- Report any issues, inconsistencies, or concerns related to the job to the company as soon as possible
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Always represent the company in a professional manner (clean, well-groomed, appropriate attire)
- Be punctual and complete tasks in the time allotted
- Your vehicle should be clean inside and out
