This position provides support to the Doctor of Chiropractic. Stand and enthusiastically greet patients. Assisting patients with the completion of required paperwork. Manage patient flow by loading tables and sending all but new patients to the back. Assisting patients by pairing their treatment plan with their most affordable and convenient payment option to align with the doctor’s treatment plan and fit their needs. Manages daily clinic operations. Sign and account for applicable company equipment. Primary Clinic Facility Manager and responsible for submission of Clinic Service Order Requests, also include coordination with maintenance/service vendors. Supports company initiatives and over all goals. Complete daily Marketing tasks (i.e. CARBON, handing out cards/flyers, signage placement - A-frames, Razor Flags, directional signs, for promotion and local events). Maintains cash log and conducts proper cash close out procedures. Answer phone calls and conduct Incoming Call Notifier scripts and send appropriate information to future patients. Conduct actionable calls (missed visit, missing billing information calls, etc.). Participate in clinic monthly update conference calls. Complete Self/Professional Development and Continuing Education Courses.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
