CPAPnow is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near UNKNOWN, ID

CPAPnow is looking to expand our team! CPAPnow is a Durable Medical Company that specializes in CPAP, BIPAP and Oxygen. Our growing company is looking for a receptionist that is professional, friendly, energetic, self- motivated, is reliable and works well in a fast pace environment.

Some but not all Job Responsibilities are listed below:

  • Answer calls and interact with walk-in customers while providing quality customer service.
  • Create sales order’s for patient supplies.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information, including insurance changes.
  • Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP supplies, including insurance verification, confirmation of the specific supplies needed, creating sales order’s and arranging for them to be shipped or picked up in office.
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the therapist of patient's arrival; and the completion of new patient paperwork.
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal information.
  • Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all CPAP products.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients
  • Valid driver’s license

Education and Experience:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • We do not require, but would prefer, experience in the field of Customer Service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
