The HPCSWF brings together interested consumers, providers and purchasers of

health services in a neutral environment to collaborate on developing and

implementing plans and programs to improve the health care system for the area.

related services and eliminating gaps.

NOTE: Candidate must pass background check, drug and fingerprint

screening.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Explain the Health Insurance Marketplace application process, program

requirements, and timelines to interested consumers, accurately and in

understandable terms

● Interview individual consumers to obtain information needed to apply

for insurance and potential payment assistance programs

● Facilitate computer-based application and enrollment into Marketplace

insurance plans

● Assist with uploading application documents, submitting appeals and

other consumer focused assistance

● Ensure proper documentation and data collection as needed for

program reporting and tracking

● Perform community outreach to increase awareness of health

insurance and develop partnerships

● Provide presentations/educational sessions to potential clients and

community partners

● Assist and ensure proper set-up and breakdown of enrollment events

at assigned community sites

● Assume and maintain responsibility for Navigator program supplies and

equipment, and manage all supplies/equipment as directed

● Travel as needed to facilitate enrollment outreach efforts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

• Collier County, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
