We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. Weekly meetings and performance reviews will be done weekly. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our company.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Listening to the consumers needs, letting them decide
- Following up after every sales appointment with the homeowners within 24 hours.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities

- Proven experience in sales or customer service role in HVAC industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Need to be able to work with excel,word and basic typing skills.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, profit margins)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
