```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting special needs individuals to their day programs or jobs. Your role will involve lightly assisting clients in and out of the van (as needed), communicating with clients, and ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off.
```Responsibilities:```
- Lightly assist clients in and out of the vehicle
- Navigate to destinations using GPS or maps
- Keep clients informed of any potential delays or changes in arrival time as soon as possible
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of daily transports
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
```Requirements:```
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial driving role (not required)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management skills
