Position is located in Chevy Chase, MD
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- $21 to $23 per hour depending on training courses taken and practical experience
- Medical, dental, vision and life insurance

- 401K, after the initial work probation period
- Uniforms and Cell phone reimbursement are available at the time of hire
- Annual bonus based on performance
- Perform building and systems inspections, making necessary modifications to building systems
- Complete Preventive and Corrective Maintenance requests professionally
- Work with vendors to complete contracted work orders to meet expectations
- Maintain records, reports, and evaluations, and provide recommendations regarding building maintenance operations
- Identify and order parts, materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Manage Building Management System (BMS) / Energy Management System (EMS) as needed
- Maintain a clean engineering shop, mechanical plant, mechanical rooms, and general building appearance
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Perform related work as required
- 1 - 3 years maintaining equipment and systems in residential buildings
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and skills
- Training and skills in maintaining and repairing equipment
- Technology skills necessary to manage work order applications on mobile phone
- High School diploma or equivalent, and must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Occasionally work overtime to perform necessary repairs or maintenance that are necessary to complete
- Must meet the occupation requirements, such as lifting 50 lbs., walking distances, kneeling for 1 hour, and climbing ladders.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
- A Universal CFC certification not required, but a plus
