Position Overview:As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while supporting the account management team. Your responsibilities will span both client interactions and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:Act as a liaison between clients and the Account Manager. Engage with clients, respond to their needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Account Management Support:Assist the Account Management team by updating and maintaining client records in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Renewals and Quotes:Manage vendor and service renewals for clients. Track quotes and ensure timely processing.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of warranty expiration dates and configuration data.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills:Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Tech-Savvy:An aptitude for technology is necessary.
- Professional Appearance:Maintain a professional appearance when interacting with clients.
- Education:High School diploma or equivalent.
Company Hours: 7am-6pm Monday-Friday
Shift Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
