Summary :

Efficiently process material while maintaining a professional level of customer service and complying with the company, local, State and Federal regulations. Must be willing to travel.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Safely operate heavy equipment.
• Load material on and off trailers
• Treat all customers and staff with courtesy and respect.
• Check all lubricants and fluid levels on all equipment
• Keep equipment clean and in proper working condition.
• Report any equipment maintenance issues immediately.
• Process, package, shear and / or bale material in a timely manner as per company specifications.
• Report all accidents, injuries or incidents to the manager immediately.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1-5 years of work experience (heavy equipment operator).
• Exceptional time management.
• Professional manner and strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements :

• Communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
• Safely operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to safely enter and exit all equipment.
• Requires working outside in all weather conditions.
