At ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers, we're seeking an enthusiastic Educational Liaison to join our compassionate team. Under the guidance of our Facility Manager, you'll oversee the coordination of care for all ROWI clients, with a focus on developing tailored education plans for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) clients. Your role will involve liaising with clients' home schools and parents to ensure their educational and treatment needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the educational components within the facility.
• Liaise effectively with clients' home schools and parents to facilitate tailored educational plans.
• Conduct initial educational assessments within three days of client admission and maintain documentation in KIPU.
• Participate in and document IEP meetings and other relevant educational discussions.
• Ensure the highest standards of educational programs and services are maintained for optimal client care.
• Facilitate groups and activities as directed by the Program Director and conduct orientation for new clients.
• Oversee and coordinate client transportation and schedules, including driving clients as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including those set by the Joint Commission.
• Serve as a positive role model through professional and caring interactions with staff, clients, and guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic setting
• Driving Requirements: A minimum of two years driving experience with a valid driver's license.
• Professional Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational skills.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, maintain professional boundaries, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid First-Aid & CPR Certifications.
• A clean criminal background check

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
