Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and overseeing the nursing staff. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff

- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Skills:

- Strong clinical skills in areas such as cardiac catheterization, phlebotomy, medication administration, etc.

- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting

- Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers

- Familiarity with occupational health practices

- Ability to provide care for patients in assisted living facilities or nursing homes

- Proficient in inhalation therapy techniques

Requirements:

- Valid nursing license in MO

- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
