Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose: Maintain and manage customer demand and corresponding shipments, monitor and execute special requirements of customer orders, execute on a regular basis billing tasks for services provided. Maintain order entry records: update, file, and ensure availability for auditing purposes, both internal and external.
Nature of Duties:
Education and Experience: Previous Customer Service experience desired. High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills: Experience and knowledge of SAP, MS Office applications, Oracle and ability to learn other Corporate applications. Negotiation and communication skills. Be detail, analytical and results oriented. Strong oral and written communication and keyboarding skills.
