Description
Admin / Clerk will maintain company policies / procedures, will perform functions that include, but not limited to. Office clerk, answering phone calls, forwarding e-mails, scheduling, data entry, potential shipping and receiving responsibilities that include arranging deliveries and shipments within the Warehouse.
Ok to have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. Must also have adequate clerical skills to update records and follow up with suppliers.
The goal is to ensure we ship and receive the correct packages and stock them appropriately.
- Assisting with making sure that all shipping deadlines are met.
- Auditing mis-ship reports
- Processing key shipments and scan reports as needed.
- Researching shipping discrepancies
- Performing related duties as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
Organize employee events
holiday and birthday parties. Additional tasks and responsibilities not included here may be added to this position according to experience, performance, or as company expands.
Opportunity for direct employment through company according to performance may be available after probation period of 60 days.
Pay range : $18 $22 as based on related experience.
