MIRATECH is Hiring a Product Manager Near Tulsa, OK

Reports to: Global Marketing Director
Cooperates with: All Departments
Primary Responsibility: Manage and monitor product portfolio throughout the lifecycle including: Product development, launch, product support, pricing, initiatives, growth and retirement of all products lines.
What You'll Do:
  • Assists with managing all aspects of the Product portfolio, including working with Product Development engineers and Sales to launch new products.
  • Provides relevant metrics to Sales and designs/executes strategic messaging and product campaigns to support both new and established products.
  • Manage stage gate process ensuring all deliverables are complete, on time and within requirements keeping stakeholders informed of process and preparing/presenting project gate presentations.
  • Gather product portfolio feedback from customers and sales team and assist with developing strategic business plans for key product lines.
  • Assist with synchronization across brands and selling channels for all product price points.
  • Works with Marketing to ensure products are accurately depicted on all media selling platforms while ensuring projects remain on budget/time.
  • Gathers competitive price points and intelligence on key competitor product lines.
  • Supports Global Sales and Engineering teams with market specific products and plans.
  • Conducts Management presentations on Product portfolio and recommendations on new development.
  • Support the creation of new training content for all Sales channels on relevant product portfolio.
  • Participate in occasional customer sensing and product tests in the field; attend trade shows and other brand building exercises as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
What Qualifies You:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with preferred focus in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. Master's degree or MBA a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in an Industrial B2B Marketing role working with technical products a plus.
  • Experience in a global organization a plus.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to work comfortably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
