Floor Technician- (must be willing to frequently travel within and across states)

All travel expenses paid.

Duties:
- Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in various commercial settings
- Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
- Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors using appropriate chemicals and techniques
- Clean carpets and upholstery as needed
- Remove stains, spills, and debris from floors
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns

Skills:
- Experience in environmental services or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
