Requirements/Responsibilities
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSDemonstrated success in financial and people management.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.Good communication and basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.Position requires assisting operations during peak operational demands.Effectively orchestrate 10 weeks ramp up to the opening and predetermined ramp down schedule.Assist Buddy DMs in neighboring districts.Requirements:- 3 years plus in multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience; college degree preferred but not necessary.- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings.- Food Safety Manager Certification is required.Successfully pass background and reference check process.
