Objectives of this Role

• Develop plans to optimize productivity and efficiency across all locations.
• Ensure a safe work environment for our employees.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness by refining processes, overseeing employees, fostering a motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and growth through new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign performance goals, and ensure their completion while achieving personal objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to meet sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
• Develop, implement, and manage budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Delegate responsibilities to the most qualified employees, enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for all involved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, outlook, and Excel.
• Proven success in a managerial role with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Strong decision-making ability and excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
• Ability to motivate and lead employees while holding them accountable.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures and business management.
• Previous experience working with equipment, small engines, lifts\hydraulics, tools, etc.
• You must be able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair small equipment or facilitate these repairs.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or a related field or a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a service industry.
• Experience in conducting performance evaluations and building/expanding sales engineering (including marketing).
• Working knowledge of human resources processes.
• Strong track record of operational safety
