In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customer relationships, nurturing existing clients, and contributing to the development of product and marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in achieving sales and gross margin targets and providing exceptional customer service. As an Account Executive, you will own the sales of the Rainier Outdoor product line which includes Yurts, Cottages, and Tents. The ideal candidate will have/be:4 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience, preferably in real estate targeting remote buyers.Demonstrated success in telephone-based sales and customer relationship-building.Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to connect and empathize with diverse customer personas.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HubSpot and Epicor Software is a plus.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise good judgment.Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.Understanding of sales development and customer relationship management.Passion for the outdoors.Current Driver's License preferred. Benefits and Compensation: This is a base salary plus commission role. The base salary is $55,000 with a 3.5% commission on sales.
