Nurse Practitioner for Hormone & Wellness Clinic

At The LowT Clinic, PLLC, we are rapidly growing and currently looking to add a motivated and energetic Nurse Practitioner to the organization. The position is a full time role to serve in our multiple location team environment. In addition, this position will work with the guidance of the current Providers on staff. Our dynamic portfolio currently offers a range from HRT/TRT, Weight Loss, Custom IV’s, Regenerative Injections, and laser therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
• Initiate treatment plans for patients under your care.
• Maintain and update patient records and check records for accuracy.
• Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
• Serve as the resource for ongoing patient care, counseling and provide guidance and treatment plans to maximize patient experience.
• Oversee blood draws, phlebotomy, and IV/Vitamin infusions in clinic.
• Help educate patients about new services and opportunities as onboarded by the clinic.

Key criteria for the role:

• 2 years in Hormone Replacement Therapy (willing to train the right candidate).
• Experience and knowledge with Peptide Therapy a bonus.
• Valid, non-restricted DEA license in good standing.
• Passion for preventative medicine, fitness and wellness medicine.
• Ability to work with other integrated team members to develop the best medical plan for your patient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year based on industry experience

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, No Weekends
