Best Salvage is the largest auto recycling company in Southern Arizona. We are looking for a very motivated leader to lead a team of professionals to continue to grow and scale our auto recycling operation.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our auto recycling operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management of manufacturing, retail, wholesale, deliveries, inventory, personnel and processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the auto recycling yard

- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff

- Ensure employees meet expectations and the business provides great customer service

- Oversee all processes and procedure related to auto recycling

- Implement and maintain standards for growth and efficiencie

- Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability

- Handle inventory management and ordering supplies

- Maintain a clean and organized facility

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in manufacturing/process management

- Strong background in logistics and process management

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
