Position Overview
- Plan and coordinate audit engagements from start to finish.
- Lead the auditing staff and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and review the work of the staff and ensure that all deadlines and guidelines are met.
- Collaborate with management and staff to provide the best solutions to identified problems.
- Ensure that proper audit documents and records are maintained.
- Provide timely and accurate reports of audit findings to management.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of audit plans.
- Analyze financial data and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify areas of potential risk and recommend internal control measures.
- Communicate audit results to management.
- Train and mentor staff members.
- Ensure compliance with applicable professional requirements.
- CPA Required
- 3 years of Public Accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other applicable professional standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
