Responsibilities

The Distribution Technician is responsible for the execution of facility-wide distribution of supplies and equipment. The scope of the job may include, but is not limited to, inventory, ordering and restocking of end-user departments, distribution, shipping and receiving, inventory management of par locations and par location data integrity.

Responsible for customer satisfaction so as to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

Education :

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience :

Warehouse, inventory, and medical supply experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer applications in a network setting.

Skills :

Demonstrated customer service orientation.

Must be able to do simple mathematical calculations

Must be able to perform simple computer tasks.

Must possess good organizational skills.

Ability to speak, read and write English effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Ability to work with a wide variety of people in a professional and effective manner.

Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.

Able to work independently.
