Full-time Continuous Improvement Engineer needed in Troy, OH
Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing company with multiple manufacturing facilities in the Midwest market. They are looking to bring aboard a full-time CI Engineer to work directly with the Production Management team and streamline processes in multiple parts of their facility. This individual will work with multiple department managers to implement CI concepts and principles.
Candidate Qualifications
- Background in Streamlining Processes
- Ability to make data-based decisions using the Lean Methodology
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Passion and sense of urgency
- Strong leadership skills
- Prior experience working within Manufacturing (Plant Floor Experience is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Able to work within the United States
Compensation
Our client offers a competitive base compensation. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance and training programs.
Base salary range $85,000 - $94,000
