This is a full-time position working at Unity House of Troy's Non-residential Services location and our confidential shelter locations.
This position works with clients in the Domestic Violence program and who may have disabilities as well.
Responsibilities:
Identifying needs through screening and assessment.
Intensive case management of participants.
Providing linkages, referrals and advocacy within the agency and community for clients on case load.
Management and facilitation of the Coordinated Community Response Team as needed.
Contract oversight, direct work and assessments with contracted partners.
Working with or at our Confidential Shelter with clients as needed.
Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements: College degree preferred. Previous experience working with victims of domestic violence or individuals with disabilities. Must have reliable transportation, Valid NYS driver's license and acceptable driving record as determined by our company's liability insurance policy.
