Job Description:

As an LTC RN at Aspire Senior Living of Troy, you'll be more than just a nurse; you'll be a beacon of hope, a dispenser of humor, and a master of TLC (Tender Loving Care). From administering medications to lending a sympathetic ear, you'll do it all with a smile (and maybe a little dance if the occasion calls for it). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch nursing care with a side of compassion to our amazing residents.
• Dispense medications like a wizard, ensuring accuracy and a sprinkle of kindness.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans for each resident.
• Keep spirits high with your infectious laughter and endless supply of puns.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the facility, ensuring everyone is on the same page (or at least in the same book).

Qualifications:

• RN license in Missouri, because saving lives is kind of a big deal.
• A heart as big as the Grand Canyon and a sense of humor to match.
• Ability to multitask like a pro while maintaining your cool.
• Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred, but a can-do attitude is non-negotiable.
• Up to date CPR certification.
