One of our insurance clients is looking for a Personal Lines Processor in Troy, MI. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Download suspense (policies, eDocs, claims)
- Communication log (new business audit, endorsement audit)
- Attachments (renewals, endorsement changes)
- Claims (loss notice attachments, loss notice inpute, carrier claim report review)
- Renewal check (comparing renewals/expiration reports for slow increase triggering re-quote for account managers)
Other tasks may include, but are not limited to: mortgage requests, underwriting, forms, and requote assistance.
