Position Summary:
- Participate in month end close process
- Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Complete trial balance
- Assist with cash application and various AR activities as assigned
- Process incoming supplier invoices, as well as ACH and wire payments to customers and suppliers
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports
- Prepare and assist with monthly and quarterly taxes
- Assist with external audits as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant related field, or equivalent commensurate experience required
- 1-3 years relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Strong technical and PC skills
- Ability to excel in a fun and energetic results-driven environment.
