Tech x Solutions is Hiring a Low Voltage Technician Near Tristates, NY

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various low voltage systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Install and configure low voltage systems, including computer hardware, Cameras, Alarms, Audio and Video , Intercom , Access Control ,IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and telecommunication equipment
- Perform field service visits to troubleshoot and repair low voltage systems
- Test and verify system functionality and performance
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users
- Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes, such as NEC (National Electrical Code)
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, computer networking, and electrical principles
- Familiarity with alarm systems and their installation requirements
- Ability to detect and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
