**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients/leads to schedule an appointment. You will be contacting clients via calls, texts and or emails to inform them about our services. This is a fast-paced job and you must be client oriented providing excellent customer service, and comunication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls/texts to clients

- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments/ consultations

- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interaction

- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the database

- Analyze and identify customers' needs to recommend appropriate solutions

- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner

**Experience:**

- 1 - 2 years of previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems

- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
