Web-based applications will be built for Windows platforms and will include database access.

Experience:
Four or more years of experience in web application design, programming and support.
Applicant must be well versed in development cycle methodology, which includes web
services (REST) and AJAX, have project leadership experience, and have experience in
supporting large-scale enterprise-wide web applications.
Applicant must have experience with multiple levels of business users, developers and computer operations staff.
Technical Skills: Operating Systems: Windows, Unix/Linux.
Languages: Java
Web Technologies: J2EE Standard, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Script, Java Beans, XML, DTD/Schemas, XSL, and JSON.
Middleware: Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), JDBC, ODBC and REST Web Services, and AJAX.
Front-end: HTML5
Web/Application Servers: WebSphere, and IIS
IDE Tool: RAD/Eclipse
Databases: DB2, SQL Server.
Experience with responsive design like Foundation framework / Bootstrap is a plus.
Knowledge of DB2 is a plus.
Experience with DocuSign e-signature process is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in system analysis, architecture, design, system integration of web services with MS SQL in enterprise-wide deployment.
Experience in knowledge transfer, training and system documentation.
