Client Services Representative
Prout Financial Design is looking for individuals to join their expanding team. Currently Prout is looking to fill the role of Client Services Representative. The Client Services Representative performs operations and tasks to ensure our customer accounts are accurately and flawlessly managed and maintained.

A Day in the Life of a Client Services Representative:
This role will be working in a team-based, office environment. Typical work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Client Services Representative will utilize their attention to detail and computer skills to prepare paperwork, verify transactions, answer client questions and prepare forms. This role supports the Advisors.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be an individual who enjoys providing exceptional customers services, working in a team environment, and has strong analytical skills. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience is desired. Previous experience working within finance, accounting or banking services desired. Strong communication, computer and time management skills are needed.
