Duties: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development - Provide individualized attention and support to children. Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting - Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress - Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices -Understanding of daycare regulations and licensing requirements - Ability to promote literacy education through age-appropriate activities - Knowledge of toddler care routines and developmentally appropriate practices - Strong organizational skills to assist with lesson planning and classroom management.
