We are searching for a full-time outpatient case manager to join our team in the Towanda office. The ideal candidate for this exciting career will have integrity and a passion for helping others. Working closely with the clinical supervisor, you will be processing intakes, discharges and scheduling requested evaluations. With this position, you will need to be very organized and efficient with all paperwork.
What Do I Need?
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required in human services or related field
AND
Two years of experience in the field of human services.
