Marketing Specialist
As a Mid-Level Marketing Professional with a focus on Layout and Design, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design skills to produce visually appealing and effective marketing collateral. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans with a keen focus on visually impactful strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative design concepts.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, emphasizing the visual appeal of the content.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, incorporating visually compelling elements in social media, email, website, and online advertising.
- Utilize design software and analytics tools to track and report on digital campaign performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, product management, and management, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external design agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Conduct market research to identify visual trends, customer preferences, and competitive design landscapes.
- Integrate visual elements into research findings to enhance presentations and reports.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrable portfolio showcasing layout and design skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in graphic design software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
