**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. **Duties:** - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Help with mobility assistance and transfers - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care for clients **Experience:** - Prior experience in caregiving, nursing homes, or related fields is preferred - Knowledge of working with individuals with autism or other special needs is a plus - Familiarity with social work principles and practices - First aid certification is beneficial - Experience in childcare or eldercare is advantageous - Understanding of HIPAA regulations - Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Proficiency in using caregiving systems for documentation and reporting This position requires individuals who are patient, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for others.
