00 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PEOPLE WORK AT LEAST 20 HOURS PER WEEK. We are looking for a compassionate HHA to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our clients within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties, responsibilities and requirements : Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engaging clients in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that clients receive exceptional and meaningful care, Free training classes provided for career advancement.

Med reminders Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able.

Assist with client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop. Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.

Be a pleasant and supportive companion. Report any unusual incidents. Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

Prior experience working with senior citizens is preferred, but not required. Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a client's care plan or assignment.

Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired, but not required. Willingness to learn! Other duties as needed.
