**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction and sign and graphics estimating, project management, and cost control to support our construction projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate and timely cost estimates.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids.

- Utilize software tools such as Construct Connect, Procore, and HeavyBid for estimating and bidding processes.

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

- Develop detailed proposals, including labor, material, and equipment costs.

- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budget.

- Review contract documents to understand scope of work and contractual obligations.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.

- Proficiency in using estimating software.

- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors.

- Knowledge of cost control methods in construction projects.

- Bachelor's degree preferred
