Preferred Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with state standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive learning community.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and students for inclusivity.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols.

Experience:

• Minimum one year in early childhood education leadership.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Experience in curriculum development and effective communication.

Your Role:

• Identify opportunities to enhance staff skills.
• Stay updated on the early childhood learning curriculum.
• Ensure adherence to state licensing regulations.
• Provide feedback and evaluations to teachers.
• Assist in planning developmentally appropriate lesson plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of successful classroom teaching (birth to five).
• Knowledgeable in ECE curricula, assessments, and instructional practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Professional, self-motivated, reliable, and dependable.
