The ideal candidate will be able to commute and travel to project sites in Visalia and Tipton, CA.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of construction from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Regularly update project documentation, including progress reports.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and construction practices meet or exceed project requirements
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices or regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
